  18. Your perspective seems to be right on target. I am an integrator and have to deal with third 
  19. party software on a regular basis.

  21. Keeping track of the end-user's perspective and focusing on ease of use for him, will save many, 
  22. many hours of frustration and many tech support
  23. dollars as well. I always try to generate sales leads, not support calls.
